About rubricfy

rubricfy helps US high school students practice AP English Language & Composition writing. Paste a free-response essay and get it scored on the official College Board 6-point analytic rubric — Row A (thesis), Row B (evidence & commentary), and Row C (sophistication) — with a specific reason and improvement for each row and a rewrite demonstration for one weak sentence.

What we do

We give fast, rubric-aligned feedback so students can see where an essay lands and how to strengthen it before a timed exam or a teacher's deadline. Our scoring is calibrated against real, officially scored AP sample essays.

What we don't do

rubricfy is a feedback tool, not a writing service. We do not write essays for students, and we do not convert a single essay into an official AP 1–5 exam score. Scores are for practice and self-improvement only and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board.
